Having trouble standing and walking possibly sciatica . Had been to urgent care a week prior for steroid injections ,toradol injection with also severe bronkitus meds . I have had falls trying to walk it's so extreme . The casano clinic nurse took my blood pressure three times because it was extremely high elevated from this pain . The appointment Took almost two hours because they want you to talk with there medical students while you're in horrible pain. Finally a doctor entered that looked extremely young . . I am 48 wit... read more
Nurse practitioner Drew is absolutely amazing and so is ONE of hi nurse. My daughter and I both go here, he’s actually been there for us through my daughters most difficult times, we couldn’t thank him enough. With all this being said he’s got a nurse named Laurel or Lauren who has to be the rudest person I’ve ever met and not just to me but my daughter also ! Sadly my daughter will no longer be seeing him nor will I after may because unfortunately she’s the main nurse we have to deal with when it comes to our my mychart an... read more
My wife had a brain tumor removed and the neurosurgeons were excellent. The nurses however on the Fifth floor neurologist floor were horrible. The physicians said after 6 days postoperative she should be able to shower and ccn my wife asked to however, they ignored our requests first stating an order was needed then a consult. Wtf? The doctors said yes go it. Nurses refused then after several more days the PA told me they no longer go that but occupational therapy did. How was I to know that? By osmosis? Plus they even forg... read more
My PT Kirk is excellent. I have made great progress since my surgery. He listens to me carefully and works on skills that are important to me and my independence. Only drawbacks are in regards to the facility. It is a LONG way from the handicapped parking to the clinic and you can get worn out before your session. Also, you have to schedule your appointments way in advance to get a decent time.
Terrible care, dont take your loved ones there. It's a totally for profit "non profit" hospital network. They spend their money on creating good looking facilities to attract business then dont staff or supple their facilities well enough to provide patient care that meets medical standards.

My wife was admitted to the main campus, and she was treated like royalty! The doctors were fantastic, and the nurses went above and beyond! They were like best friends! My wife may have cancer and they all felt her pain and worry. The comfort they gave her was given with the upmost care and compassion. Her time there left a mark on her heart that will be with her the rest of her life, as well as mine. Words just can't convey the way we felt when she was there! Thank you, Kettering health, for caring for my wife!
If you are in need of neurological care...do not waste your time with this organization, or Dayton Center for Neurological Disorders! I have been a patient of theirs for 15 years. If you speak up and say anything, or call them out on what they have done wrong they call you a racist and tell you not to come back!
I had outpatient surgery at Kettering Health Hamilton this week on 10/13/22. Every single employee I met was so nice, calming, and professional. One of the nurses said she and her husband prayed for every one having surgery that day. I thought that was so cool. I don't remember most of their names, but after surgery, a male nurse brought me some ice, so I could breathe in the moisture to help with my cough. My nurse (don't remember her name) was so kind, and attentive. She tried everything to get my cough to go away. S... read more
