The other one star reviews on here are so accurate. I didn't want to believe them (I'm so sorry!) but after two "visits" - the Brain & Spine Center staff just do not seem to care. My first visit was scheduled as a telehealth visit (which I did not request and do not recommend). They want you to log on to a zoom call 10-15 minutes early through MyChart. On 6-1-26 I had to get injections in my back. On 6-2-26. I got very sick. It is now 6-29-26 and I’m still vomiting or dry heaves every meal. The KHN BRAIN AND SPINE GROUP CAN’T Pick up the phone. Only 1 person did and said they would connect me to the right department and hung up on me, I left a message on Daniel Verill MyChart. He replied enough to tell me the medicine that was in the epidural and noticed I had to see my regular doctor. Which I did because at least their staff can use a phone. So after months of waiting for an appointment you don't even see a doctor you see a nurse who acts as the gatekeeper. She does not look at your medical records before the appointment. She didn't know what my condition was or bother to find out I stead she just says that nothing and not a spinal issue which is not true since there are spinal surgeons who treat the condition. All the reviews are correct. I’ve never had the experience of waiting weeks to just be able to schedule an appointment. I explained to them that we’re a military family and will be moving within a month and need to know if I would be even be able to get an appointment, they said they are currently scheduling out two months and that’s all they have to say. They simply just don’t care. They could have just said you’re better off trying somewhere else. Stop stringing people along.
