All the reviews are correct. I’ve never had the experience of waiting weeks to just be able to schedule an appointment. I explained to them that we’re a military family and will be moving within a month and need to know if I would be even be able to get an appointment, they said they are currently scheduling out two months and that’s all they have to say. They simply just don’t care. They could have just said you’re better off trying somewhere else.

An absolutely dysfunctional practice. Communication is poor, concerns are dismissed, and the documentation does not always accurately reflect what was discussed. Messages may go unanswered, and when responses finally arrive, they can be abrasive, condescending, and more focused on shutting down questions than helping the patient. I agree with the reviews that take scheduling forever. When you have back pain and numbness/tingling in your legs and a referral from your orthopedic surgeon who doesn’t do backs it shouldn’t take that long. I had them send my referral elsewhere and within 2 days I was scheduled. I’m bummed because this was closer to me and the surgeons have good reviews but the scheduling personnel not so much.
