The phone answering system is horrible. Trying to get an appointment or to talk to someone is is impossible. Sit on hold for over a hour waiting then disconnects when answered. I’m thinking finding different doctors due to this.
they are fantastic, several specialists said only way to semi relieve my suffering from spinal disorders and i have several, would be surgey--- dr macarenhas and team have negated that need by 3yrs of dedicated care and si joint injections, i have a life again , ty
I attempted to call to see what I needed to become a patient. The phone system is a mess. I called twice on the same day. Once at 10am and then again at 2pm. Both times waited 5 minutes. The second time I decided to ask for a call back. I used that option and left my number. I got a call an hour latter only to answer to get waiting room music. Somehow at the same time I got a voicemail saying to call the office. I tried calling right back and again waited 5 minutes..... I don't know if it's a horrible phone service or lack o... read more
