I agree with the reviews that take scheduling forever. When you have back pain and numbness/tingling in your legs and a referral from your orthopedic surgeon who doesn’t do backs it shouldn’t take that long. I had them send my referral elsewhere and within 2 days I was scheduled. I’m bummed because this was closer to me and the surgeons have good reviews but the scheduling personnel not so much.

The other one star reviews on here are so accurate. I didn't want to believe them (I'm so sorry!) but after two "visits" - the Brain & Spine Center staff just do not seem to care. My first visit was scheduled as a telehealth visit (which I did not request and do not recommend). They want you to log on to a zoom call 10-15 minutes early through MyChart. The call dropped multiple times which stressed me out. Do I lose my place? Do I have to reschedule? Who can I talk to? And then the doctor was 20 minutes late so I ended up si... read more
On 6-1-26 I had to get injections in my back. On 6-2-26. I got very sick. It is now 6-29-26 and I’m still vomiting or dry heaves every meal. The KHN BRAIN AND SPINE GROUP CAN’T Pick up the phone. Only 1 person did and said they would connect me to the right department and hung up on me, I left a message on Daniel Verill MyChart. He replied enough to tell me the medicine that was in the epidural and noticed I had to see my regular doctor. Which I did because at least their staff can use a phone.
