As for 1 star I'm being very generous! This place is so unprofessional from nurses and beyond. After back surgery pain management Carolyn Golyns was literally PATHETIC!!!! She needs to hang her lab coat up. After being in health care 29+years I have NEVER met a human like her. To much to mention. Just RUN!!!!!
Congrats on another location that doesn't care Kettering Health Network. Brain and Spine/Pain management is 2 referrals not 1. Good job on the 24 hour appointment for pain, 5 weeks later!!! Get it together Administration
Ok, so I admit they do take a few weeks to actually schedule you which is very annoying when you are in si much pain. But, let me tell you about how great my experience was when I was finally seen. I was seen by PA-C Caroline Marie Simons and she was amazing. She actually took the time to investigate my pains. I've been to a spine specialist before who was ready to replace my disc just based off an image. I was referred here almost a month ago by my PCP due to severe pain. I called about 2 weeks ago explaining my Dr referred me and I’d love to schedule because I’m suffering daily. The receptionist asked some questions, verified yes they received my referral and after one of the doctors review it, someone would be calling me back.
