So after months of waiting for an appointment you don't even see a doctor you see a nurse who acts as the gatekeeper. She does not look at your medical records before the appointment. She didn't know what my condition was or bother to find out I stead she just says that nothing and not a spinal issue which is not true since there are spinal surgeons who treat the condition. All the reviews are correct. I’ve never had the experience of waiting weeks to just be able to schedule an appointment. I explained to them that we’re a military family and will be moving within a month and need to know if I would be even be able to get an appointment, they said they are currently scheduling out two months and that’s all they have to say. They simply just don’t care. They could have just said you’re better off trying somewhere else. Stop stringing people along.
Excellent care! I had back surgery, a 2 level fusion & decompression. The surgeons, PA, NP, & everyone else has been wonderful.
As for 1 star I'm being very generous! This place is so unprofessional from nurses and beyond. After back surgery pain management Carolyn Golyns was literally PATHETIC!!!! She needs to hang her lab coat up. After being in health care 29+years I have NEVER met a human like her. To much to mention. Just RUN!!!!!
