I needed some work done on my 175k mile 2014 F150 transmission that started having common electrical issues that Ford knows about. Ketterhagen came in first place with the quote that I had requested for the necessary work that needed to be done so I went with them. About six months ago, my daughter purchased a 2012 Ford Edge from Ketterhagen. While she understood the vehicle was being sold as-is, Kurt had mentioned that if any post-sale concerns arose, we should reach out. Not long after the purchase, we discovered the vehicle had a faulty rear caliper and required new rear brakes.
