I was very pleased with my recent visit. They are always friendly and helpful, from the receptionist, lead technician, to the owner himself. I left with the feeling I was a valued customer. Kurt is always there making sure you are being taken care of and to see if you need anything. Seeing an owner be so involved in the day to day operation is refreshing.
Ketterhagen had really great staff. Kurt is a very honest dealer owner. I won’t go anywhere else to buy a car or to get my car fixed.
Speedy Service , Were able to help us out in a pinch. Thank You!
Ketterhagen Ford completed a recall service on my 2016 Focus. The work was completed correctly and very timely. Very professional service folks, sales associates and staff.
