Kettenbach has been great for me. They supported me while I was in dental school and I have been using their products in private practice. Their customer service is great! I regularly chat with their local reps and some on the other side of the country. When I have questions they are always quick with their responses. They have great products that I use in my day to day practice. I would highly recommend them to any other dentist!
The Kettenbach LP team is a pleasure to work with. Quick to answer calls and able to answer product questions quickly. The sales reps that I have interacted with are smart and get back to me on order status and technical questions. Remarkable to work with humans and not just websites and voicemail.
The website needs some basic work! Not very usable. Character limit on special note section, difficult navigation, kludgy login. It took a long time to make a very simple order because of the website problems. If the website is ever improved, I'll change this review.
The best impression material for dental offices at a very reasonable price. Their build up, bite registration and temp material is also some of the best I've used.
Their products are amazing and My rep Ryan is the boss!!!
