I had 2 implants done and she was extremely professional and did and excellent job. I recommend her highly
Service was fine. Inexperienced staff and a horrible billing staff. Save yourself the drama and go find another dentist. plenty of wonderful ones all over Lubbock.
I was a long-time patient and my experience was a comedy of errors. It was one error after another and I just kept saying, “She’s new—it’ll get better.” A friend finally pointed out that I’d been saying that for almost 10 years when I lamented my experiences to her. It was poor work that had to be done and redone and sometimes redone and letting her assistant do a lot of things I’m not even sure an assistant should do or at least should do when clearly not able. I had a crown, she was amazing!! Very gentle and attentive!! Staff was great, the crown fit perfect, did not even need a single adjustment!!! I would highly recommend Dr. Ketron!!
Left me with two temporaries that were loose for three weeks now and keeps cancelling my appointments. Reason 1, decided to stay on vacation longer than expected. You scheduled my appointment for this time, you should have known when you were coming back. 2. Our computers are down. What does it take to get a good dentist in town these days?
I was told by Dr Ketron to find another dentist due to me asking questions when given an estimate of $25,000! She also was aware I was in extreme pain and refused to do work on my tooth. This is against the ADA Ethics . PATIENT ABANDONMENT. Once a dentist has undertaken a course of treatment, the dentist should not discontinue that treatment without giving the patient adequate notice and the opportunity to obtain the services of another dentist. Dr. Ketron is always friendly and happy to answer any questions . They have a great staff and I’ve never felt rushed.
Dr. Ketron pulled my upper teeth a few days ago and replaced them with dentures, and I couldn't be happier with them. She fully explained all my options, costs involved, and further treatment plans before I made the difficult decision to go ahead with the extractions. Pricilla, her hygenist, explained my after care so that she was sure I was comfortable with it before I left. Dr. Ketron even called me on Sunday to check on my progress. Wonderful staff and caring professionals! Recommended!
