I’ve been doing keto for 4 years now,but dealing with diabetes type 2 ,and insulin resistance,and NAFL. I have hit a plateau,so at 114 pounds down, need to lose 120 more. I’m also recovering from an Ischemic stroke from a blood clot in the brain. What would you suggest? I have found you on YouTube and I watch every video.So glad that I found you.
