My last visit was a total screw up they said the last blood work i got from my kidney doctor was in 2020,but in reality it was in December 2025,they all but called me a liar. She wanted to do blood test for myac1 but ended up running several other tests. I also was supposed to get a flu shot, but the nurse said I refused it witch i didn't. Dr Ketki has been very patient and helpful with my difficult rollercoaster of surgeries and health challenges. I really appreciate her keeping an eye on my routine meds and surgeries at the same time.
have been a patient of Dr. Bory and Dr. Patil for more than 16 years. I have always respected both doctors and never had any issues with their care. My concern has consistently been with the nursing staff. Last year, I ended up in the emergency room, and the ER doctor prescribed medication. He told me that if the medication did not work, I needed to contact my primary doctor so they could refer me to a specialist. I called the office immediately, but no one answered.
