I have been going to Keti since January 2026. It truly is an amazing facility. The staff here are truly just the very best, God sent. My situation, CVS ran out of Percocet 10mg. CVS was rude, and refused to even let another doctor send me in a prescription. Dr Swain, while on vacation with his family, took the time to call me, when his office let him know what was going on, and helped me get the medication until he got back to town and in his office. Very caring and helpful doctor. I have yet to ask about their other services.. ..but am completely trusting with him as I have been a patient of his for over 10 years. I do recommend Dr. Swain.
First time being referred to pain management I do have a complex case for a 35 year old but I know I'm not the only one in the world. He offered zero help every time I tried to problem solve he would cut me off and tell me I was wrong or that he couldn't help me. He didn't do an examination at all. He sat on the examination table while I sat in a chair he told me to stand up looked at my back for 2 seconds I turned around and he told me my face was swollen. I have been going to Dr Swain for about 5 months. He is the best at injections l have had back problems and multiple surgeries on my back .He listens to your concerns and his staff in wonderful. Sam is awesome as well. Thanks Dr Swain and staff for taking care of my needs and keeping the pain at a level l can try and enjoy my grandchildren.
