To say we’ve had a bad experience with this place would be an understatement. The only thing we have to go to them for is my son’s prescription glasses and even that repeatedly gets botched in some way. The latest complete screw up that bordered on malpractice involved me ordering my son’s updated prescription to correct his severe astigmatism and asystropia only to find out that even though they “checked” while I was there that he had a second pair available on his insurance, for almost 5 weeks they sat on the order and did... read more
