I just finished my Invisalign treatment at Ketcherside Orthodontics and was completely blown away by the entire experience. Hands down the rudest staff I’ve ever experienced. Not sure if they got new staff but when I called on the phone they were very nice, when I showed up 5 minutes early for my appointment they told me they were on lunch which I completely understood however the attitude was completely unnecessary and rude. It made me never want to come back and I definitely don’t recommend to anyone if this is how they treat their patients.
Dr.Ketcherside dental office is outstanding in orthodontic care and general. When you walk through the door, the atmosphere and employees are welcoming and attentive. My whole family and my close friends love Ketcherside Dental. I recommend Ketcherside Dental to customer for ortho and general.
I love this Ortho. Everything always runs smoothly. Dr. Ketcherside is very thorough. Office staff is great. Very happy with my son’s results.
Great place, very clean. All staff is friendly and helpful. I had Dr. Ketcherside so my Ortho when I was young, and now my kids are getting Ortho with him as well.
