Scheduling was easy and my appointment started on time. The dentist took the time to explain my X-rays and treatment options without pressure. Everything felt professional and efficient. Great experience overall. Highly recommend.. :)

Hands down the rudest staff I’ve ever experienced. Not sure if they got new staff but when I called on the phone they were very nice, when I showed up 5 minutes early for my appointment they told me they were on lunch which I completely understood however the attitude was completely unnecessary and rude. It made me never want to come back and I definitely don’t recommend to anyone if this is how they treat their patients.
Dr.Ketcherside dental office is outstanding in orthodontic care and general. When you walk through the door, the atmosphere and employees are welcoming and attentive. My whole family and my close friends love Ketcherside Dental. I recommend Ketcherside Dental to customer for ortho and general.
