Dr. Thanki went above and beyond from my very first appointment to make sure I understood everything about my condition and what steps would be taken to rectify it! He is very personable and attentive. My sigmoidectomy was a success and he left no stone unturned throughout the entire process! He even had my favorite music playing during my procedure per my request! I must also shout out his entire team because everyone was amazing!
Last year in December, I had my first colonoscopy. They found two polyps, one was cancerous. I was referred to Dr. Thanki, and was told that I had to undergo surgery. The whole thing freaked me out. But I felt much better after my first visit with him and his staff. While I was in pre-op before surgery, he answered all my questions, which gave me a sense of calm going into the operation. My recent TAD surgery with Dr. Thanki was successful from the standpoint of the original symptoms being resolved, but two side effects validate that minor surgery is surgery on someone else. The anesthesia left me with urine retention and being on a catheter for eleven days, and while the internal hemmorrhoids were alieviated, the surgery resulted in subsequent external hemmorrhoids. This office and Dr. Thanki were outstanding in every way! Professional, friendly, easy to work with, immediate service and appointments right when we needed it. Dr. Thanki was able to see us and schedule urgent surgery within 24 hours which never happens. We are beyond thankful we found this practice, this office and this Dr.
