I have a rare disease, Cadasil, that leads to dementia & early death. Dr. J provides warmth and comfort. He talks with experts on this condition to learn & treats me accordingly. Great compassion. Please spread word in Cadasil. If under 50, healthy, and having strokes ask about it. If in 20s or 30s with migraines ask. Often misdiagnosed as MS.
