PEOPLE BE CAREFUL!!!! New method used to process my appointment was OUTSTANDING!!! Actually not a new method per se but revisitation / improvement of older one. Saved me great deal of time and unpleasantness as I’m sure it did other patients and staff as well. Only wish I’d been notified earlier but NO complaints whatsoever! Streamlined, professional and exceptionally effective. Got same job done, better and more thorough than old way, while saving everyone great deal of time and effort. Dr Gupta and the entire staff are incredibly helpful. Dr Gupta is able to help relieve pain in people that have not been able to find relief elsewhere, me included. Dr. Gupta is not into the churn and burn like other doctors out there. He takes his time with you and explains everything. His office staff are also very helpful. Gabe (office manager?) seems to pull off miracles getting you appointments that fit your schedule and many other things. The medical staff are also very sympathetic and professional.
