This is the most passionate, caring, competent doctor. This is not your typical doctor. Dr. Hanna handles complex, hard to treat cases and makes you feel seen and heard as a patient. Phone lines don’t work anymore as of the new year so you gotta drive in and hand deliver messages instead. It’s been over a month now of trying to get a reply from the office manager who keeps saying they’ll get back to me “next week” over and over. Will update if/when anything ever comes of this practice but the ineptitude in correspondence is usually a good indicator of the quality of practice at hand. Multiple patients in the waiting room complaining about this same woman.
I get rfas at dr. Hanna office and see him on a monthly basis. It's always a positive experience with him and his staff! I get so much relief and have become a more positive and happy person because of his approach to my ailments. His staff is top notch.
