Best Dr office I have ever been to very professional. They explain everything were I can understand every time I go they are very professional always respectful and nice and if it's in the power they will help you anyway they can if they can't they will point you in the right direction
Be ready for a very long wait. 2 PAs are off on maternity leave. Will be over 2 hour waits to see Dr Hanna until December. I gave up after waiting 2 hours in waiting rooms for my second appointment. Seems like a good Dr. And Ketamine Treatment Program, they are just very overbooked at this time.
This is the most passionate, caring, competent doctor. This is not your typical doctor. Dr. Hanna handles complex, hard to treat cases and makes you feel seen and heard as a patient. Thanks to Dr. Hanna, Loretta, and the entire staff at The Florida Spine Institute, I now have my life back. I cannot thank them enough and am so grateful for their amazing care. Phone lines don’t work anymore as of the new year so you gotta drive in and hand deliver messages instead. It’s been over a month now of trying to get a reply from the office manager who keeps saying they’ll get back to me “next week” over and over. Will update if/when anything ever comes of this practice but the ineptitude in correspondence is usually a good indicator of the quality of practice at hand. Multiple patients in the waiting room complaining about this same woman.
I get rfas at dr. Hanna office and see him on a monthly basis. It's always a positive experience with him and his staff! I get so much relief and have become a more positive and happy person because of his approach to my ailments. His staff is top notch.
