Just want to respond to a review on here bashing Natalie. Clearly that person has not done the work and would rather blame than take responsibility for their own healing. Natalie saves lives. She is clearly working her butt off to support so many people and that has got to be really hard, but somehow she remembers all of my life details. She is the kindest, most compassionate person and has literally changed my life with the safety of her facility. The nurses and therapists are fantastic, but the leadership and communication that comes from the people that operate this place is awful and out of touch.
