Dr. Bonato is a very kind and patient provider. Her office is professional and accommodating, but not uptight or corporate-feeling. She maintains a personal and relatable type of service and is very easy to talk with and open up to. Sessions are never rushed or pressured. She's very knowledgeable about her methods. I'd recommend Ketamend to anyone looking for this type of treatment.
