For our 25th wedding anniversary my wife and I decided to reset her wedding ring and add a few diamonds . Everyone was so helpful during the process. Took the time to explain different design elements with my wife so she would end up with the look she wanted. They made a mock up for her review. Happy to say when we picked up the ring it exceeded our expectations. The ring is stunning and my wife and I could not be happier. I highly recommend going here for all your jewelry needs.
Monika was very professional and super helpful throughout the entire process of choosing the right engagement ring. I ended up going the route of having a custom ring made and the entire process could not have gone smoother. They worked with me to stay in my budget and the finished ring came out perfect. My fiancé loves it. Everyone at Keswick Jewelers is a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend this business.
This place has terrible service, and ridiculous pricing for simple things. I have been in a few times and was treated terribly. Horrible customer service and they try to change prices on simple work last minute. They only are after money, they don’t value customers and are overall just rude. They have minimal knowledge on pieces they are selling for an arm and a leg. I would avoid this place and go somewhere that truly values customers and can be flexible and honest and actually knows what they are doing and selling.
Keswick Jewelers is the only place I go for jewelry! I’ve been a client for over 10 years and have created several custom pieces with them over the years. I absolutely love diamonds, and they always take the time to help me find the best options. Everything is so thoughtfully selected and beautifully crafted. Their attention to detail and quality is unmatched. The team is amazing, so kind, patient, and genuinely invested in helping you find your dream piece. I always feel taken care of every time I walk in. Highly recommend!
