Keswick did a flawless job of bringing our vision to life, and did a beautiful hand engraved wedding set and men's band. Additionally they offered to solder the band and ring together at no additional cost. We loved using them and would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone looking for a local jeweler. Couldn't have been happier with them. Very friendly, and we are from out of town and got engaged while in Chicago - they were able to resize her ring in like 24 hours and got it just right so we could do a photo shoot. Would highly recommend and will use them again.
When my partner and I walked inside, I was curious about my ring size because we were looking at engagement rings together for the first time. I asked the worker two separate times if I can see what size I am, and I was told that it’s not important and then when I asked a second time, she responded by saying “I’m sure you do.” I told her that I was interested in radiant cuts and I was told that it’s not one of the shapes.
