I have been here for a month and I wanted to see how things are before just putting up a review. So far things are pretty good. Rent is reasonable for 2 bedroom unit and the unit is a good size. There are small things that did bother me about the unit like older appliances and small things that i am working with Jasmeen to change. I have been living in the property since August 2025.I wish to state the care and smooth transition that happened even before i moved in from different province was great due to the extra care taken by the staff of the rental office. The extra care taken by the staff for snow removal (personally) was remarkable.Even the cleanliness in and around the building is up to date. I highly recommend the apartments for rental whether its family with kids or couple.Good luck to amazing staff(Jasmine) and keep the good work up.
The apartment was clean and well cared for, thanks to the cleaner Maria Connick for keeping it clean and well maintained, her hard work is truly appreciated
The best advice I can give about this place, RUN. If you are considering renting at Keswick Green, do yourself a favour and don't. This place is an absolute disgrace from top to bottom and stands as a textbook example of how not to manage a residential community. Management is a revolving door of incompetence. We've had 3 site managers in the last 3 months. This building presents itself as a luxury rental, but in practice it feels more like mid-grade construction and service at a premium price. Construction / Noise: Walls are generally fine, but floor sound transmission is extremely poor. Normal daily activity from units above (walking, items being moved, children playing) carries clearly and for long periods. If you are sensitive to impact noise, this is an important consideration.
