Since I moved to this city in 2020, I’ve been living here. The apartment’s location and the surrounding area have been gradually developing, and overall, it’s been a very comfortable place to live. Aside from the apartment itself, the management team has always been excellent — they communicate and respond promptly, and handle issues seriously and efficiently. It’s definitely a place I would recommend to my family and friends.

No running water for 48 hours ???!?! No reason given? No apologize? Who is responsible for this! Does Broadstreet even give a care about their tenants not getting running water FOR 2 days??? They only have people fixing the problem during office hours (10am-6pm) then continue the next day onwards. Why not pay someone overtime to fix this EMERGENCY disaster. it was a great experience. the staff is responsible and always ready to help solve any issues. the building is clean and nice. our apartment was gorgeous, big and spacious. we were all very pleased, thank you very much to the girls who work in the office!
For a company that claims to be a leader in service-focused rental management so that their tenants have the best rental experience, there is a lot more work that needs to be done with this specific property. It was a great property when I moved in 3 years ago, can't say that anymore. The rental office has become unwelcoming and the customer service has dropped since the Previous Property Manager Dee left.
