it was a great experience. the staff is responsible and always ready to help solve any issues. the building is clean and nice. our apartment was gorgeous, big and spacious. we were all very pleased, thank you very much to the girls who work in the office!
For a company that claims to be a leader in service-focused rental management so that their tenants have the best rental experience, there is a lot more work that needs to be done with this specific property. It was a great property when I moved in 3 years ago, can't say that anymore. Three things that bothered me a lot about this property: Over the 1.5 years I was here, Broadstreet Property Management was completely ineffective at managing the unsanitary garbage problem that is front and centre in the complex and beside the only entrance. Tenants routinely dropped their waste and recycling in front of the bins rather than inside, and it was much worse in spring, summer and fall when people frequently move. I have been living at Keswick Greens for 5 years now and it has been a great experience. All of the staff are very helpful and friendly and Gurpreet (the property manager) is easy to work with and very accommodating. I have rented out the Community Lounge a handful of times and I really love the space, as well as the other amenities of the property.
