My bike really needed some work. For context, I fell into a concrete barrier when my chain got stuck when I was switching gears - that's how much of a jerk the bike would give - and I couldn't fix it myself. First timer at Keswick, and the wait was not terrible. I paid half the cost up front to hold an appointment, brought it back a week later for the appointment, and it was done the same day. My bike got stolen and I was feeling really low. Tyler at Keswick Cycle talked me off a ledge, then worked with me to get a replacement bike, even though the model I wanted was discontinued. Customer service is above and beyond. Thank you, Tyler!
