Incredible living experience. Beautiful neighborhood that is secluded, quiet, and so picturesque in the hills! So close to everything in Culver. The complex is wonderful, Tamaura is so kind, helpful, and sweet to everyone and always helps to solve problems! I had the best time living here. Superb place.

I recently moved to this complex and I am loving it! The building is located in a safe residential neighborhood, and my neighbors are incredibly friendly. The building manager Tamaura is so nice and was very helpful during the entire application and move in process. The building is also very responsive to maintenance requests, and sometimes plans community events! The 2 bedroom apartment is spacious. Recently signed a lease at Keswick after finding our apartment a couple months back. Tamaura has been great to communicate and work with, and we are excited to move in this summer! We're super excited about the location, our redone apartment, and the community pool.

Have had a very pleasant experience throughout the entire process. Property manager is very quick to respond and easy to talk to. The area is safe and all materials are readily available whether that be for a showing or upon move in.

Awesome apartment complex! very central as well, 20 minutes from DTLA, 20 minutes from the beach, and 20 minutes from the beach! very friendly Manager as well and a great value for the area!
