horrible this place is nasty all the buildings are bug infested not worth the money you pay the maintenance is horrible as well I don't recommend moving here. I repeat do move into this apartment complex.

pets although ido not own pets, i do tolerate pets,but here in greenville location @ horseshoe drive it is getting out of hand with dog poop,people are letting there dogs poop in front of ,behind and on side of complex without picking uo behind them many with huge dogs owning 2-3 of them. It is terrible to go out side or go on your porch for air only to smell and look at dog poop all around you.Please get this under control; i know the maint. do there best to maintain yard and equipment ,tenents have to be accoutable. I ACTUALLY REALLY LOVE THIS APARTMENT I REALLY ENJOY LIVING HERE!!! THE PEOPLE ARE REALLY FRIENDLY. IT IS CLOSE TO EVERYTHING. THEY ALWAYS FIX EVERYTHING IN A TIMELY MANNER!!!
Nice!!!!! This complex is very nice, easy to shop,eat, and have a nice little walk. A place to swim and workout . Very quite and pet friendly. I'm really glad I had moved here., I can walk to work.Try them yourself and you will love it.

I have been at the keswick for about a year. The apartment is very spacious and the staff is wonderful! I love to see many people hanging by the pool on those warm summer days. The neighborhood is friendly and welcoming. I truly think the keswick apartments are a great place to live!
I disagree with Reba, Keswick is a great place to live I have lived in Keswick for a while now and I am upgrading into a 3 bedroom. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. I have great neighbors we all get along I have had now problems living here. Lynne is an excellent property manager she makes sure everything is taking care of. I want to thank her for an excellent job she is doing.
Not a great place to live I lived at Keswick apartments for a year and it was not the best place to live by far. The apartments themselves are pretty nice and spacious, as well as affordable. However, it tended to be a noisy complex with a lot of questionable behavior going on. We called the police countless times for noise violations. We felt somewhat unsafe in our apartment as well. The management turned over frequently. Despite the good price, I would not recommend Keswick apartments.
