I am so happy we found Kestrel and that it will be our first and final choice for our corgi's healthcare needs. The establishment is nice and clean. The receptionist, vet techs and doctor are all amazing! I only wish that they took a photo of my boy and put him up on the patient wall.
what a fantastic experience. friendly, gentle staff quickly reduced anxiety in both my dog & his human/me 😁. very patient answering questions, and unlike some vets you can be with your furball in the exam room. would highly highly recommend.
Dr Hough has physically gotten down to sit with my cats while she tells me what she has found and what choices I could make. She has been direct and compassionate; she answers my questions (I tend to have many); she gives me the most relevant options but is willing to give me more info in a gradual digestible way; she remembers details about me and my two furry girls.
