I Order a few doors last August with a 50 percent deposit. Doors were expected to ship by Thanksgiving per Jim, but still haven’t received anything. It’s now January and I’m being ghosted without replies to multiple email status requests and unreturned VM phone messages left. This reason for this silence could be explained with a quick text or email. Hope all is well at Kestral Doors and Shutters.
Horrible. Put 50% down on doors, then all communication stopped. No response to emails or phone messages. We don’t even know if they are in business. At this point debating calling local police to report fraud. Do not order from this company!
Beautiful doors, outstanding workmanship. Delivery a bit late, but this is a small family-run operation. Couldn't be happier with the product!
Had to request a refund. Placed order on 4/24/2023 on 5/22/2023 still no hinges. Zero communication skills multiple attempts to contact both by email and phone. RUN AWAY
Perfect furniture grade workmanship and finishing. I visited the Kestrel shop to pick-up our closet doors and millwork. It's a well equipped small operation run by nice people. Our order was placed in Feb 2022, and finished with delays in Aug 2022. Quality, custom millwork and fabrication like this take time, but the finished product was worth the wait.
