When u call into the office and try and find out what’s going on with your bill your Met with extreme rudeness from Amy very unprofessional doesn’t care what you have to say basically called you a liar and refuses to work with you and says if you don’t have a late payment pay your bill I paid my bill I have proof I paid what they said I owed then they want to tack on a whole bunch of late fees my husband and I have experienced nothing but horrible management and basic people skills
