Joe has managed my house for almost a decade. His company takes care of everything. Since I no longer live in Corpus Christi, that is a real help. I could not effectively rent the house from my present location. They take care of the day to day issues in a very professional manner only contacting me for significant issues, e.g. major repairs, change of tenants, etc. A huge help is Joe's efforts fighting the incessant, unreasonable property evaluation increases done by the local taxing authorities.
I have done business with Kessling Services for over 30 years (2 homes purchased and Insurance) and they are a top notch company that I would highly recommend for any personal insurance, property management, home purchase or sale.

BEWARE, LIARS AHEAD!! RENTERS BEWARE!! This is a very mean and underhanded company. They are great liars. They have lied about me and then ripped me off for unfounded late fees. I tried to fight it by going to the BBB, but they just lied and cheated and threatened me with eviction. I'm too busy to be doing this review but, hey, you gotta fight back somehow. So, just a word to the wise.... Don't use these nasty, narrowminded people.
