Best office staff . Dr. Lipman is great.
Great doctors, and how I wish I can see them! IF you can get through the staff in scheduling or billing, consider it a miracle. Billing is out of reality, with staff members that is not listening, rather "tell you how it is", and scheduling forgets that they are the service provider. I had a follow up appointment and because my PCO was changed, they could not ask for a referral, rather belittled me over the phone what i asked to pay out of pocket. Dr. Shafi is friendly and thorough. Listened and answered my questions.
Had total hip replacement, can't thank Dr. Lipman and his team enough. I was very nervous but after it was over I realized how easy the whole procedure was. I will eventually need to do the other side and won't hesitate a bit. Dr. Lipman is the best.
