I thought I was just getting new shingles. But, as it turns out, the skylight was leaking and it ruined one sheet of the roof decking (black mold). They replaced the decking and repaired the skylight so it won't leak anymore. They also replaced the rusty 31 year old attic vents and painted them and the two furnace flues (one for the furnace and one for a natural gas garage heater in the garage) to match the color of the new roof. Kendall is incredibly knowledgable and experienced. We have a concrete shingle roof and he is the only person we’ll trust on our roof. He took pictures of his work - any roofer could skip that and cut corners, but he doesn’t. The only downside is he is often booked far out-but that’s the sign of a good roofer!
