I highly recommend this rehab center in Oakland. The facility is well equipped, the therapists are friendly and knowledgeable. They explain everything well and supervise exercises carefully. The admin person is friendly and it is easy to schedule appointments. I’m glad I selected to come here.
I had a great experience here after injuring my lower back from years of lifting heavy furniture at my previous job. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly, which was a huge relief. Walking in for the first time, I was pretty nervous. I’ve never done physical therapy before so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Rachel at the front desk immediately put me at ease. I have been attending therapy here for the last few months. Everyone was amazing! Thank you Matthew, Alyssa, and everyone else for helping with recovery! Would definitely recommend this place!
My son waited a week for his appointment, only to find out the day of his appointment when he walked in that they don't take our insurance. Do better. Contact the patient before they come in and ask about insurance.
