I had a great experience here after injuring my lower back from years of lifting heavy furniture at my previous job. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly, which was a huge relief. Walking in for the first time, I was pretty nervous. I’ve never done physical therapy before so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Rachel at the front desk immediately put me at ease. My son waited a week for his appointment, only to find out the day of his appointment when he walked in that they don't take our insurance. Do better. Contact the patient before they come in and ask about insurance.

I have been coming to the Kessler Oakland facility for 2 Months, recovering from an ACL surgery. Alyssa has been absolutely amazing and makes it a joy to go to Physical Therapy. Matt is also amazing and always there to lend a helping hand, help with form and give advice. Rachel at the front desk is incredible, always welcomes me with a smile and is reminds me to make future appointments and keep me organized for my future visits. I love the staff and they are a huge reason my rehab is going so smoothly.
