Satisfied patient! I was prescribed physical therapy for a bad case of frozen shoulder. Over the course of eight weeks, I went from barely able to raise my arm halfway up to completely restored mobility. My therapists were totally awesome—always attentive and encouraging. Of course I had to do my part at home to stay on track. While I hope I won’t need PT again anytime soon, I would definitely go back and refer my family and friends.
Front office staff is amazing. The ladies are very welcoming and took great care of me. Handled by billing and such with professionalism. They Always have a smile for you when you enter the door. That means a lot to me! Kerry and Sylvester are the best. Always motivating me to do the best I can with every visit. I’m ahead of schedule in my post op recovery. Kessler in Bloomfield is wonderful. The PT's are very knowledgeable with any questions i have. I started there in a wheelchair 2 months ago now I am up and walking. Everyone is very encouraging with my progress. I highly recommend this facility.
I recommend this center, to anyone needs to be considered as a patient not as a customer. I recommend for people needs to be treated for any pain. they took care of me, they treated me well. Specially Silvester thank you!
