As a retired gym teacher, I’ve had my share of injuries but never broke a bone until March 2026. My injury consisted of the ulna broken in 2 places and the elbow was also broken and dislocated. Four weeks post injury, my surgeon, Dr. David Polonet ordered up Occupational Therapy with a hand specialist.
