Took two days to get a call back to schedule a new patient exam. Did not like that they acted like they had never heard of MetLife vision insurance, that it couldn't possibly be MetLife and had to be under a different name. Then I was told the doctor did not see new patients on Saturdays. There was nothing about that on the website. I was really looking forward to finding a new eye doctor after moving to the area, but unfortunately, my experience while trying to set up an appointment was disappointing. The office staff I spoke with was condescending and rude, which was frustrating.
