I’ve been taking classes and enjoying the open studio time with Larry Pile at Kessler Craftsman Studios for the last three years or so. Larry is as kind and gracious a person as you could ever want to meet. He has patiently guided me from being a novice with no idea what fused glass even was through to my first two juried art shows last year. owner Larry Pile, is a generous, helpful, brilliant Glass Artist, opens his doors as much as his heart to all willing to learn and expand. I will keep attending his classes as long as I can.love going to his studio.
I took a Glass Photography class from Larry this past weekend. I learned so much! Larry is a great resource and he's so willing to share as much as you can absorb. I can hardly wait to take another class from him. His studio has just about every tool you can imagine. Come and get your learn on!
Larry is an outstanding artist, a wonderful teacher and a generous mentor. If I ever know half of what he knows about fused glass, I would be thrilled. Definitely two thumbs up (band-aids optional)!
It isn't often you come across an artist not only willing but eager to share what his has learned. Larry is patient, encouraging and excited to experiment with new things. Classes emphasize the basics of how and why glass fusing works.
