I can’t express the level of gratitude (actually, I’m taking food to the floor every month, but that’s only a small sign of appreciation) to each and every member of the Trauma Center. From the surgeons to the PA’s/doctors to the nurses to the woman who cleaned my room and the techs everyone was the absolute best I could have imagined. Kudos and a huge thank you to the nurses, techs, PA's, Dr Byrne, and all support staff for being a smooth running machine and caring for patients with compassion and grace. It's been thirty years since I landed in an ER and got admitted. This time was pretty scary, and I never once felt scared under the care of the staff at the Kessler Trauma Center at UR Strong Memorial Hospital. I felt like I even made a couple of friends :) God bless all of you, really. Five Stars for sure!
