Kessler's took my appointment a week out . The day of my appointment for an alignment they didn't call me when I got there they said van tore apart on lift can't do alignment. Keep in mind I just started new job and had to take a week off work which I told Roger Kessler owner.he said can't do alignment,didn't even apologize.
