Kessler's took my appointment a week out . The day of my appointment for an alignment they didn't call me when I got there they said van tore apart on lift can't do alignment. Keep in mind I just started new job and had to take a week off work which I told Roger Kessler owner.he said can't do alignment,didn't even apologize. But the thing that is really pissing me off is how Andrew Kessler big army guy ran out the door and wouldn't talk to me like a coward.
