Speaking to this lawfirm was unnecessary i was unable to get a few words out. The receptionist isn't trained to be a receptionist but she did apologize for bryan. When i first called she stated bryan was busy. Bryan returned my call & seemed outgoing but very rude. I tried explaining to him what the other lawfirm informed me & i included as well that i was in a dv matter before returning to work & i was going to begin telling him my hrs that im owed from the locations that ive covered priorly & he just stated that "I didn't ... read more
These people are incredibly rude and do nothing to help their clients. The flippant attitude of their business is what does it for me.
I have to echo what others have said. While I appreciated that the attorney personally returned my call (as I am finding that most firms make you go through an intake person first) it was difficult to communicate, as I was frequently interrupted and couldn’t finish a full sentence. Brian was quick to dismiss each and every concern. To him, practically nothing constitutes an illegal firing in California . I got a call personally from Brian Kesluk who asked me several questions and interrupted me while answering after almost every question. He said my case had zero claim after only asking three questions and getting almost no details of my case. Very arrogant and unprofessional. No wonder the consultation is free!
