Very arrogant and unprofessional, I agree. I wanted to state my case and before I could finish he immediately said that unless I was a trust fund baby no one could help me. He told me to represent myself instead.

Same experience. Brian called me back k personally. Was super rude and arrogant. Cut me off constantly and was extremely dismissive. Hung up on HIM as he was a total waste of time. Don't even bother.
Speaking to this lawfirm was unnecessary i was unable to get a few words out. The receptionist isn't trained to be a receptionist but she did apologize for bryan. When i first called she stated bryan was busy. Bryan returned my call & seemed outgoing but very rude.
