We had looked at a few other stores before, but nothing compared to the service and beautiful jewellery at Keshett block arcade - we knew instantly this was the place. We are so thankful to John at the block arcade and Keshett for creating the most beautiful engagement ring. John’s warmth, character and knowledge were outstanding and we are so over the moon. We feel connected to Keshett as part of our story and will come back for future pieces for sure

My experience with this jeweller was stressful and disappointing. What should have been an exciting and memorable purchase instead became an unnecessarily frustrating process due to poor communication and unprofessional customer service. In particular, one member of staff was rude at best. Rather than listening to my concerns and responding to questions constructively, they were condescending and unnecessarily sarcastic. My husband purchased my engagement ring from Keshett nearly 15 years ago and I still get compliments on it. Since then we have purchase many other items of jewellery and I wouldn’t bother going anywhere else. Their service is outstanding and their jewellery is exquisite

The team at Keshett were remarkably professional throughout the whole process of arranging an engagement ring and both my partner and I are very happy with the result. Charles was very helpful over the phone and during the whole process. For any men who don't know their ring finger from their thumb, he's your man!
