A disappointing and stressful experience. In January 2023, I purchased a tennis bracelet from Keshett as a gift for my daughter’s 30th birthday. It was a costly item, sold to us as brand new, 14ct gold with VS clarity diamonds, as stated on our receipt. Within the first year, the bracelet began to stretch.
