Shocking mistreatment with no medical responsibility of patient care for chronic pre condition blockage of swollen venous glands & nodes linked to the heart. Policy is to pay upfront or not be treated rather than be billed as I was instructed by the insurance company to always do. The receptionist failed to give me an itemized bill after she demanded payment upfront. Claiming it was Mark’s job in billing which i never received as of 02/24.
