Well as bad as they get. His mannerisms come across as condescending. Didnt catch simple tests that follow on doctors caught. And the worst thing is when urgently needed he has staff calling us to reprimand for trying to get an appointment. Save your sanity and stay away !
Amazing Dr as someone who had to see a adult Dr due to being 19 years old now he listened and was very understanding I was reading his reviews on here and realized most of his 1 star reviews is due to stuff people want that is out of control
I went to this doctor for low blood pressure. He told me it is a mental health issue and even if it wasn’t there is no medication for low blood pressure. I have a blood pressure machine with date and time recordings of low blood pressure and tachycardia. He completely rejects that. He also will not sign FMLA paperwork for my husband’s days he missed work to take care of me and go to appointments.
When I first saw Dr. Prakash I found him reserved and a little difficult to understand. (I have hearing loss and he's got an accent.) However I'm extremely glad I tried him a second and third time. I've now been going to him for about 5 years. He has helped me with medication changes, diagnostic tests, and worries I had. He's very smart and kind. I like that a lot.
This provider fights your care every step of way. I think his ego overshadows his degree. There is a reason new patients can get in so soon with this provider and why I was told to take my initial appointment and could change providers in the future.
