Kesav is a nice place to just get away from the stresses of life for a bit. If you don't want to talk about trauma for the time being you can do something fun until you are ready. The therapist I have is very caring and non-judgmental.
I have enjoyed the care and support over at KESAV Therapy in Yuba City. The team takes the time to show that they're concerned for one's overall well-being and their approach to holistic care has so far for me been second to none. I would definitely recommend Kesav Counseling. This dynamic group of people place YOU first with the mindset of empathy and human compassion.
Working with kesav has been an incredible experience. I have reccomeded alot of my friends and family here for mental health services. At Kesav Helath & Wellness, you get treated like a real person, and the people here take the time to listen to you. I would have given 10 stars if I could have.
