Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation! Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Yes, I was in agony! Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this chiropractor's office? Not at all Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Yes, I had to wait a long time before someone was able to help me Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Somewhat, they could have been kinder

Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away! Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious

Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me After your appointment with this chiropractor, were you still skeptical that the treatment would be effective? Not at all! I was very confident when I left! Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.
