This is a top-notch company that truly cares about the community and customers they serve. I have had an ongoing 17year connection with Kervers- ed Senior and Ed Jr- and I always experience- kind, prompt, and dependable service. We purchased a heating system from Kerver"s. On the day of the installation Ed Kerver Sr. rushed his sons to hurry up and get the job done. The result is that we have pipes that are visibly crooked. When technicians from another company come to service the unit they can"t believe that it was a professional installation. We had a leak in the system shortly after installation. I am so Happy I went to this business, the office staff are wonderful, very pleasant and friendly. The delivery man went above and beyond to make sure we had oil delivered and we had heat when it was 20 below zero. I just can't express my gratitude enough. And to top it off the price was the best around.

My dad was a loyal customer of Kerver Oil for 30 years. My dad now has advanced Parkinson disease and has a full time care giver living with him. Ed Kerver Sr. was called because the furnace would not start. I handle my dad's finances, and received a bill of $495.00 for installing a "new complete triple aquastat". The "new" aquastat had paint splatters on the cover, some oxidation, and significant dust inside. There were cobwebs on the back that could not have been there if the unit was changed. While looking for a local vender to do some work. Happened across this vendor. It was good to see a company that will still operate on a handshake and does quality work. Also this company will do the "right thing" when it comes to the work. Would recommend to use this company anytime.
