It's been well over a year since I last saw Laurie, plenty of time to reflect on how those few appointments have changed my life. The exercises Laurie recommended have greatly improved my life. I've been to return to my favorite outdoor activity, kayaking. More importantly, I feel better on a day to day basis. To this day I do some of the exercises twice a day. The time and money I spent with Laurie was well worth it. Thank you Laurie

I've worked closely with Laurie for a couple of years and consider her one of my strongest allies. I was struggling with consistent injury from my sport of competitive archery. Laurie learned the sport mechanics and even came to shoot with me. A path was found and we navigated a way forward that yielded national and state silver medals and a body that now copes with the constant high volume training. Laurie was always there to answer my constant questions and conerns.

I've worked with Laurie for several issues: rehab from shoulder surgery, knee overuse issues, and back issues. I love the fact that Laurie listens so well and continually tailors her interventions and suggestions based on regularly collecting feedback and evaluating my progress. It's very interactive. Laurie is brilliant in analyzing problems and coming up with solutions.

I've worked with Laurie for over two years and have been very satisfied with her coaching. She is very organized, concise and encouraging. She has always been very punctual about sending a summary of the session plus a chart or video of the exercises prescribed. I like the way she takes measurements to track progress and explains everything very clearly. She is very confident and knowledgeable as well as having a gentle, friendly demeanor.
