My knee performed beautifully my entire trip in Europe! A majority of my trip was active, including hiking, biking and kayaking! As well as one day in Barcelona I walked 24,000 steps! I am continuing to work out and walk and literally my knee hasn’t felt this good in decades!!! I can’t thank you enough for helping me reach my goal!
At 76 years I sought to improve mobility while avoiding a knee replacement. By incorporating Laurie's instructions into my gym routine my knee load tolerance has increased from 18% of body weight to 50% in 4 months. And that is enough for sustained walking and long elliptical workouts with no discomfort. I would never have thought this possible.
I had online coaching from Laurie and she was brilliant. I was quite down about my knees, thinking they'd never get better, but the tailored exercises made a huge difference and Laurie was always professional, responsive and caring. My knees are massively improved!
Laurie helped save my knees after a car accident where I slammed both knees into the dashboard. I was a healthy and active 40-year-old with young children, and after the accident and the first physical therapist I saw, I became worse and worse to the point where I couldn't take the stairs or walk more than a couple of blocks.
