I had online coaching from Laurie and she was brilliant. I was quite down about my knees, thinking they'd never get better, but the tailored exercises made a huge difference and Laurie was always professional, responsive and caring. My knees are massively improved!
Laurie helped save my knees after a car accident where I slammed both knees into the dashboard. I was a healthy and active 40-year-old with young children, and after the accident and the first physical therapist I saw, I became worse and worse to the point where I couldn't take the stairs or walk more than a couple of blocks. Laurie has helped me tremendously with a stubborn knee issue that was not responding well to typical physical therapy. I would highly recommend her if you are feeling stuck or hopeless with knee pain
Laurie Kertz Kelly has been truly amazing. She's always responsive and provides perfectly tailored guidance with objective assessments of your progress.
I don't want to sound over-dramatic, but I honestly thought that my knee issues were just something I was going to have to live with and that I would be using a cane or walker to get around. Desperation led me to Laurie and the results for me were truly amazing. The exercises were simple but powerful and Laurie did a great job explaining the reasoning behind them.
