Kerstin is a wonderful couple's therapist! My partner and I have been to many therapists in the past and not one of them helped us. Kerstin's method for therapy is so different and unique. I found Kerstin (Robbins) at a time in my life when I seemingly had everything anyone could want (awesome family,great job,health etc..) except I was in a dark place and didn't know why. She helped me understand why I was in this place and gave me "tools" to manage.....I'm now in a great place..I engage in a much better way with everyone and everything around me. I have had the pleasure of knowing Kerstin for many years. After my divorce, I was really struggling , and I worked with Kerstin and she really helped me put things in perspective. She helped me to understand the emotions that I was experiencing and gave me suggestions on how to better cope with them. She makes concepts easy to understand and is extremely caring and nuturing.
