Kerstin is the BEST therapist I have ever had... and I've had a few. The work that I did with her was profound and honestly life changing. She helped me move past childhood trauma in a way that has made it just that, the past. After spending my entire life stuck in that self-torture it honestly amazes me that I have come this far. Kerstin is a wonderful practitioner and creates a very caring space that allows people to understand themselves. Her gentle, and understanding approach provide an atmosphere where real healing and self-understanding can actually happen.
Kerstin is amazing. She is incredibly knowledgeable, and has helped me find the perfect medication regimen and understands trauma informed care. With her help, I have made great progress and been able to make significant changes in my life and create a stable foundation for a bright future and heal many wounds from my past. I've been working with her the past four years and I wouldn't be where I am today without her support and guidance.
Do yourself a favor and DO NOT have her as your psychiatrist. Like someone else said, she abandons her patients - which is extremely dangerous when she's the one who sends the perscription for important anti-depressants and other medication of the nature. She should lose her medical license IMMEDIATELY. I am disgusted to have had such a bad mental health provider.
PLEASE do yourself a favor and avoid this dangerous provider. She should lose her license, in my opinion, for her harmful behavior. She may treat some of her patients well, based on reviews, but it's not worth rolling the dice! I knocked loudly about 30 minutes into my appointment time, at her instruction.
