Tried all 3 ways of contacting this company for the last 2 weeks. Your web page says 5 min response times 🤦♂️ I've gotten no rebuttal or returned phone calls after your product broke... a 1660st. I even said I would fork the bill to get the new piece but I still haven't got any response from that email from a week ago. No response from the text support. And nobody answers the phone. So now I don't even want to give you my money... I will be getting rid of all my Kershaws because if this is the product support you guys have... read more

Hi my order 1670S30V . Did you cancel this order? 86 dollars was removed from my credit card. You didn't answer on my mail.
Knives are well made and best customer service I probably have received from anyone in my entire life. My good friends dad passed away and I was looking for something to get him to remember his dad. The only issue was I needed the knife with a custom picture etched in the knife at my house in 2 days. I sent him the picture at 7 pm and he said he would do it first thing in the morning and overnight it to me. I received it on time and it looked great. Thank you so much!
