The buildings are falling apart already, large crack in wall going from ceiling to floor. Maintenance requests are never addressed. Probably need to put my rent into escrow at this point
Kershaw Green in Athens, Ohio have the worst maintenance service. Our washing machine has been broken for over a month and a half, and no one has come to fix it. I have to go to the office almost every day to request a repair, and every time they say “okay, we’ll send someone,” but no one ever shows up. This has happened repeatedly. There is no proper response to maintenance requests at all, and many residents are experiencing the same issue and constantly complaining about it.
I have absolutely loved visiting my sister here at her apartment. This place is beautiful! She is not much for nature but she loves her neighbors and the employees have made her feel safe and she has made this place her first home after moving out of my parents home. The most favorable attraction here I do believe is the nature scene out back. I could stay out here all day enjoying the nice breeze and beautiful scenery.
