I moved in on 04/15/2025 I believe so far since I've been in Athens for 5 years this is the best apartment complex I've ever been in it's a lot bigger and very spaceful and great atmosphere :)
Said they couldn’t find my application after sending me an email saying they had 2 units available. And now they won’t take my calls after getting a waiting list update.
This place is beyond uneducated and needs more addressed and created carefully for renters and dog owners!
They will not rent to you if you are a student who is unmarried or you don't have dependents. They did not even ask about my renting history or income before offering this blanket rejection. This information is not listed on their website but was told to me by staff and apparently includes graduate students as that is my personal situation. Do not waste the application fee if you fall into this group. I'm guessing this is why so many other reviewers say they were automatically rejected.
Not a good place to waste money for the application fee. Somehow they label themselves “affordable housing” even though they reject almost 85% of applicants no matter how good their rental history is. Don’t know how they fool the government for grants. They’ll just take your money and feed you a BS excuse after jumping through every hoop. The whole place is a joke 😂
