I've lived at Kershaw Greene Tyler Building in Athens, Ohio for almost three years, and I absolutely love living here. The maintenance team is fantastic—they're always quick to fix anything that's broken, and they do a great job keeping the property clean and well-maintained. The management team also does an excellent job making sure the community stays safe and comfortable. I’ve lived here for a few years, it’s a decent place to live for the most part. I hear others have issues with Maintance requests, I have not had the same experience. Anytime I’ve had an issue, they have came and tried to fix it pretty quickly. My toilet is messed up(they’ve come at least 5 times to try to fix it), but otherwise not so bad. There was some mold issues, but they fixed that too(I think some apartments took more time to fix than others). I visit here often and it seems to be real quite,everyone stays to their selves. Not enough parking would be my complate!
