This review is long overdue, but I felt especially compelled to write it today because I’m currently sitting here for a 6:00 a.m. appointment during back-to-school season. Yes, 6 a.m.! When I walked in, I saw this lovely setup for the stylists and had to ask about it. ⭐️ 1 Star — Extremely Disappointing Experience I am extremely disappointed by my experience at this salon, especially because my son had been here twice before and I previously had a great experience with Titi. She was patient with my five-year-old and did a good job, which is why I returned and tipped her $20+ each time. I considered myself a loyal, returning customer. I recently came across Kerry’s Kid Salon on TikTok, and it immediately stood out to me as such a fun, warm, and welcoming place for children. What made the experience even more meaningful is that I later realized the owner had actually done my oldest daughter’s hair when she was just 3 years old; she is now 12. It truly felt like a full-circle moment for our family.
