Fast friendly service, they’re the best!
Top notch service.
Had service issues with phone. Never called back when she hypothetically arrived in clear service land. Called my business partner baby - only reason she got 1 star. Atrocious.
I missed the notice about I would need to bring linens and towels for my Airbnb rental. Thankfully KerrClean was super responsive and professional, and delivered what we needed very quickly. Thanks!
In August, Kerry promised to begin service in Sept. In Sept, she promised Oct. In October, i reached out several times, no response...then stopped in. She promised to come that day, which she did. Went over the house, once again, and agreed to send me the paperwork I would need and to begin cleaning the following week. I never heard back from her, she never responded to any of my voice mails.
